Welcome to Splash 1503 West. This unit is on the 15th Floor in the West Tower that was renovated in 2021.  (All new furniture such as a seafoam green sleeper sofa, lounge chair, and two chairs).  All New Samsung Smart TVs 55" and 65". 

This condo has views of the beach and Gulf off the balcony.  The primary bedroom and living room walk out to a large balcony with plenty of room to relax for everyone. The unit sleeps up to 8 guests. One King mattress, one Queen mattress, one Queen sleeper sofa and bunk bed area with two Twin size mattresses.

Splash Resort located in Panama City Beach which was designed with a unique Caribbean look that is sure to charm. Splash is loaded with amenities including over 400 feet of pristine gulf front, two distinct water park environments, full fitness center, island style Beach Bar & Grill, and covered parking. Interactive water toys...it's all here at this Disney-like resort. Splash Resort is know as the BEST KID friendly condos ever! The Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Two Smart Samsung Televisions with cable, in the Primary Bedroom is a 55" and in the Living Room is a 65" Screen Television. The Queen Bedroom has a Smart 43" Television. We also provide Free WiFi.

Beach Service-including two Gulf-front Beach Loungers and one Umbrella for all rentals March 1 - October 31. A $210 per week value!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Allure hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

You will have a wonderful time at this Disney-like Resort called Splash.  This resort includes three distinct types of pools that are all heated in the cooler months.  You will find a swimming area for the youngsters with an interactive water park.  Features include a tipping water bucket, water slide, water cannons and more.

• Grab an inner tube that is provided and float around the lazy river.
• The Little Tike water play area is in a fenced enclosure with with fountains and interactive toys. 
• Barbecue pits are located where mom and dad can keep an eye on the little ones while whipping up some specialties on the grill.
• Lay beside the pool or in it, if you like. 
• Or maybe some morning coffee or donuts at the coffee shop.
• Don't forget to get your work out in the state-of-the-art fitness room.

All of the amenities overlook 400 feet of sugar white sand and the emerald coast.
